As a Country Clinical Operations Excellence (CoE) Leader in PDG, your mission will be to drive portfolio-wide advancements and enhance clinical trial delivery productivity. You'll foster innovation, address critical business needs, and lead the charge in implementing forward-thinking operational models with both internal and external partners. Your work will directly influence the future of clinical trial execution and delivery, making a tangible impact on patient outcomes worldwide. Key Challenges In this dynamic position, you'll face exciting and meaningful challenges, including: Driving Strategy & Innovation: Develop and execute impactful CoE initiatives aligned with PDG's business objectives. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge. Building Strategic Relationships: Collaborate across diverse stakeholders, including Study Teams, PDQ, pRED, gRED, USM, and PDMA, to ensure cohesive alignment and seamless execution of initiatives. Leading Transformation: Oversee governance and successful delivery of initiatives that reimagine how clinical trials are executed, pushing boundaries and setting new benchmarks in operational effectiveness. Measuring Real Impact: Quantify and communicate the success of initiatives, from improving operational efficiency to accelerating innovation and decision-making that drive business impact. Who You Are as Our Ideal Candidate Background and Expertise: A degree in life sciences is essential ( BSc, B. Pharm, B.cur .,MD, PhD, or postgraduate qualifications are valued etc). Significant industry experience with a deep understanding of clinical trial operations and end-to-end product development. Proven success managing site relationships, executing clinical trials, and navigating complex trial environments. Experience in Systems, SOPs and Quality Managament will be an added advantage You're a passionate and visionary leader who thrives on driving innovation and delivering meaningful results. Ability to independently collaborate, drive and focus on speed, site excellence, Quality and efficiency of both process and execution is key! Is an expert in navigating complex regulatory environments and working within frameworks like ICH-GCP , EU CTR and local Regulatory provisions like IVDR and Ethics requirements.
