Im Fokus steht, Dir einen nachhaltigen Lerneffekt zu garantieren und eigene Ideen einzubringen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit anderen Auszubildenden zusammen und wirst von Anfang an herzlich im Team aufgenommen.  Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich? Praxis pur: Mögliche Einsatzplätze können in Unternehmensbereichen wie Forschung & Entwicklung, Produktion, Informatik, Site Management, Finance & Controlling oder Personalwesen sein. Die Brücke zwischen IT und Business: Du übernimmst die Koordination und Vermittlung zwischen reinen IT-Einheiten und den betriebswirtschaftlichen Anwendern. Agiles Arbeiten: Du wirkst in spannenden Daten- und IT-Projekten mit. Dein Fokus liegt auf dem Entwurf und der Einführung innovativer IT-Lösungen unter Anwendung agiler Methoden wie Scrum. Prozessmanagement: Du analysierst, planst und optimierst betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe, sei es in der Fertigung, in der Pharma-Forschung oder in der Administration. Dein Studium & Standort:   Deine Praxisphasen finden bei der Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Penzberg statt. Die Vorlesungen werden an der Technischen Hochschule in Rosenheim abgehalten.
