The Position Die Quality Control (QC) an den Standorten Basel und Kaiseraugst ist die größte QC-Organisation im globalen Roche-Netzwerk. Wir stellen sicher, dass alle analytischen Daten – von chemisch-physikalischer Analytik über Bioassays bis hin zur Mikrobiologie – korrekt, vollständig und GxP-konform erzeugt, verarbeitet und dokumentiert werden. Die Möglichkeit Als Teil des Data Integrity (DI) Teams arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Labor, QC-Prozessen und Qualitätssicherung. Du erhälst tiefe Einblicke in moderne Labor- und IT-Systeme (z. B. LIMS, Empower, Chromeleon, TrackWise) und unterstützt dabei, dass unsere Daten jederzeit den ALCOA+-Prinzipien entsprechen. Konkret bist du für folgende Tätigkeiten zuständig: Eigenständige Mitarbeit bei Data Integrity-Aktivitäten, Audit-Trail-Reviews, System-Checks und Risikoanalysen Erstellung und Überarbeitung DI-relevanter Dokumente wie SOPs und Checklisten Unterstützung bei QC-Prozessen, Dokumentenreview, Freigaben sowie bei Änderungen, Abweichungen und CAPAs Analyse und Optimierung bestehender QC-Workflows Selbständige Bearbeitung kleinerer Projekte in Data Integrity, Prozessoptimierung oder Sample Management Mitwirkung an Workshops, Huddles und Meetings, Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Reports und Auswertungen Vertiefung von Kenntnissen zu GMP/GxP, ALCOA+-Prinzipien, Labor- und Datentransparenz sowie Praxis im Umgang mit QC-IT-Systemen   Wer Du bist Eingeschrieben in einem Masterstudium der Naturwissenschaften, Pharmazie, Chemie, Biotechnologie oder verwandten Fachrichtungen oder hast in den letzten 12 Monaten in folgendem Bereich deinen Abschluss gemacht Interesse an Qualitätsmanagement, Datenintegrität und Laborprozessen Analytische, sorgfältige und GMP-gerechte Arbeitsweise Zuverlässig, lernbereit und eigeninitiativ Teamorientiert mit klarer Kommunikation Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; Erfahrung mit Google Workspace von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Motivation, sich in einem dynamischen, interdisziplinären Umfeld einzubringen Das bevorzugte Startdatum für das Praktikum ist März 2026, Dauer: 6-12 Monate.
