Job Description : Job Title-Global Master Data-Insights and Visualization Manager   About the Function: Our Global Business Operations (GBO) team are facilitators, providing strategic, financial, and business services that are critical to the day-to-day performance of our business. About the Role : Responsible for building and automating Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions to support Global Data Management across multiple master data domains. Use Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to create scalable, automated solutions that simplify reporting and decision-making. Integrate and lead data pipelines via Microsoft Azure for SAP S/4HANA and SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Oswald, OneTrust, Anaplan, and others. Deliver advanced data analysis, visualization, and analytics models to highlight trends, supervise data quality, and drive business outcomes. Act as a data engineering specialist ensuring efficient ETL/ELT processes, high-quality data, and performance-optimized reporting. Drive innovation in reporting and analytics by applying sophisticated visualization techniques, predictive models, and automation opportunities that improve decision-making across global data management. Support global transformation initiatives by aligning BI and automation solutions with the enterprise data strategy, ensuring scalability, compliance, and business impact across functions and markets. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards to deliver business-critical insights across global data domains. Develop automation workflows using Power Automate and custom solutions with Power Apps to reduce manual effort. Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to integrate data from SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Oswald, One Trust, Anaplan, and other SaaS platforms. Partner with Data Engineers, Analysts, and business teams to define benchmarks, metrics, and reporting frameworks for Customer, Vendor, Product, Material, and other Master Data domains. Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and quality across reporting layers. Apply advanced data analysis techniques to highlight exceptions, trends, and improvement opportunities. Implement data governance and security procedures in BI and automation solutions. Train and support business users on self-service BI using Power BI and Power Platform. Continuously explore and implement new features of Microsoft Power Platform to drive innovation. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to standardize reporting frameworks and visualization guidelines, ensuring consistency across global dashboards. Monitor dashboard adoption, usage, and user feedback, continuously improving performance, usability, and business relevance. Partner with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in all BI and automation solutions. Stakeholder Management and key interfaces: Reports into Head of Global Master Data Quality & Governance. Collaborates with Global Process Owners, Governance and Process team Works with multi-functional teams across Finance, Supply, Commercial, and Technology functions. Engages with SaaS product owners and external service providers for solution delivery. Skills and Experience 8+ years of experience in BI, Data Engineering, or Analytics roles. Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning, visualization standard methodologies). Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) – certification preferred. Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SaaS applications (Salesforce, Oswald, OneTrust, Anaplan, etc.). Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms. Good understanding of data management principles and governance frameworks. Ability to translate business requirements into clear, insightful BI solutions. Experience in FMCG/CPG or other global enterprises preferred. Professional Qualification / Experience Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Microsoft certification in Power BI or Power Platform desirable. Consistent record of delivering automation-driven BI solutions at scale. Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude.
