Job Title Hardware Support Engineer - Advisor I About your role: At Fiserv, we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As a Hardware Support Engineer - Advisor I, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, testing and maintaining computer systems and other hardware used to issue credit & debit cards and billing statements for banking, insurance, retail, and utility companies worldwide. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs. What you'll do Testing and configuration for Fiserv developed applications Creating test scripts for Fiserv developed applications Regression testing for Fiserv developed applications Assist in troubleshooting for Fiserv developed applications Liaison between the development team, production, Desktop Support and the TE team. Provide support and tracking for Security, Audit and Compliance issues directly related to the Fiserv developed team Change control for Fiserv developed applications Hardware testing for new development systems Provide support and documentation for DR plans and testing for Fiserv developed applications and hardware Scripting and development support for non-traditional application development Assist in data research related to production and Fiserv developed applications Manage incidents and assist with escalation related to Fiserv developed applications On-Call rotation for the development team Experience you'll have Basic SQL and database knowledge required to support with issues related to data incidents for Fiserv developed applications Strong computer software and hardware skills.
