In return, we offer global careers in a dynamic, fast growing category with some of the world’s best known bouquet of brands.    About the Role Develop brand(s) goal/ ambition – Set long-term/ short-term brand objective and strategy by analysing market trend, consumer insight, competitor activities and estimation of industry growth under limited supervision from Category Manager. Manage JW brand financial figures and product portfolio by actively leading new product launching, demand forecasting by commercial channel, P&L and budget. Lead annual brand campaign plans to reach target consumers effectively/ efficiently by developing comprehensive 360-degree communication plan including ATL, digital/ social activation, channel connection plan and applying global ATL/ BTL platforms. Develop brand creatives and strong activation of media plan, ensuring activation relevant to Brand Strategy and Brand Credential. Initiate the development of BTL programs and execution including in-store/ in-venue POSM, Promo pack, promotions under brand strategy and brand architecture. Collaborate with internal/ external team members and maintain effective working relationships. Coordinate and participate in various public relations efforts. Support Senior Brand & Connections Planning Manager in preparing marketing internal reports. Lead the analysis and understanding of business variables, monitoring of competition, industry and consumer trends. o Brand sales, depletion, and trends o Brand health and campaign or marketing activity evaluation o P&L including budget management   Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages University degree required. Fluent in English 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Integrated Marketing Communications Past experiences should include: o Brand/ portfolio management o Integrated campaign management o Integrated marketing communications o New product development / localization o Luxury experience would be highly preferred o Culture marketing experience would be highly preferred o Cross functional teams engagement o Global and regional stakeholder engagement Knowledge in using various tools for STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning) Good knowledge of digital media & SNS Excellent communication, presentation and creative thinking skills   Flexible Working Statement Flexibility is key to our success.
