The Position This is a Fixed-term role. As a Global Business Process Specialist for Plan to Deliver Products  (P2DP), you are part of the Global Business Process Management Organization in Roche Service & Solutions (RSS) and the Agile Release Train (ART) Finance & Intercompany P2DP Finance. In this role, you will be responsible in the E2E process area Plan to Deliver Product for the continuous global harmonization, standardization and automation of the Manufacturing and Intercompany Trade Finance processes including global deployments. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Business Process Management and IT, cross divisionally (Pharma and Diagnostics). A key focus of the role will be to support the Deployment in the APAC region.   You will be Reporting to the Sub-Chapter Lead Manufacturing & Intercompany, actively pursuing the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy. Responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within your area within the E2E process An empowered decision maker for your area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM. Collaborating closely with the E2E GBPMs & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions. Supporting the ASPIRE Template / Deployment .   Strategic Process Leadership: Drive the end-to-end (E2E) Business Process Management strategy to design state-of-the-art, harmonized processes across global divisions. Empowered Decision-Making: Act as the primary decision-maker for your process area, ensuring all solutions align with global guardrails and "ASPIRE" template standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key link between Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and IT within an Agile Release Train (ART) environment. Stakeholder & Change Management: Use expert negotiation and communication skills to align complex business requirements with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Standardization & Lean Solutions: Achieve maximum process standardization and lean efficiency, ensuring business acceptance across global manufacturing sites and affiliates. Technical Translation: Translate detailed business needs into IT specifications, managing system changes, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Project Oversight: Independently lead key tasks within the Supply Chain Finance stream, including test management, training, and template deployment activities. Who You Are   Educational & Professional Foundation: Holds a Master’s degree in Finance or Business with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, management accounting, and product costing. Transformation Expertise: Proven track record of leading major global projects, specifically driving end-to-end process standardization and SAP Supply Chain Finance transformations. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (Diagnostics/Biotech/Pharma) and deep expertise in integrating business needs with systems like SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, and MES. Strategic & Agile Mindset: Highly skilled in lean and agile methodologies, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence global stakeholders, and make decisive choices in complex environments.
