The Position As an intern on the global Early in Career (EiC) team, you will have the opportunity to take part in challenging and impactful business-critical projects. You will be a key member of the Integrated Workforce Strategy (IWS) organization of the Human Resources Department at Roche which encompasses many critical areas of talent attraction, talent pipelining and recruitment. The EiC team is key to executing on the company’s investment in early talent (internships, rotational programs and other entry-level opportunities) for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.  The intern will be based in Selangor, Malaysia and support the APAC EiC Partner and Specialist in the daily creation of unparalleled EiC experiences that foster development, networking, and community for interns at Roche and its affiliates. Help EiC Partner and Specialist in daily operations and execution of various strategies across the region and/or globe Develop university mapping across the region to share Roche opportunities with students Maintain the Job Portal Account in Universities across the region Support in the analysis of intern data and generating data insights Support online and offline university career fair and engagement event management, including event planning, logistic preparation and onsite support Research the EiC best practices in across the region and/or globe Required qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree or related experience in HR management, organizational development, communications and or business/related field Student organization and/or leadership experience is preferred Experience in HR, Marketing or recruiting experience via coursework or previous internship is preferred Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Demonstrated good communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite is a plus Available for the internship duration between 3 - 6 months  Program highlights: Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry Lead or participate to design and coordinate program events and initiatives for the EiC candidate experience Create new professional & personal development curriculum, including hosting networking opportunities, workshops, and panel discussions Participate in volunteer projects, social events, and team-building activities     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
