The Position In this role, you will support the Market Strategy & External Affairs (MS&EA) team and contribute to the execution of our marketing strategies by taking on a wide range of responsibilities—from digital marketing automation processes and regulatory notifications to event organization and operational documentation. Key Responsibilities   Digital Marketing & Automation Support: Collaborate with content owners on platforms such as Marketo and Showpad to ensure content is up to date; prepare e-mail distribution lists. Content & Approval Process Management: Track the approval processes of digital assets such as landing pages and e-mails across Medical, Legal, and Compliance functions. Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on digital campaign performance outputs (KPIs) and internal operational data. Legal & Regulatory Processes: Support notification processes to TİTCK (Ministry of Health) for national and international congresses; manage document tracking and archiving. Operational Excellence: Support MS&EA meeting organizations; coordinate agency relationships; manage purchase requests (PR/PO) and follow up on invoicing processes. Documentation & Logistics: Manage documentation processes for promotional materials and scientific events in line with internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); support free-of-charge product releases and product pricing processes. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced level of English, sufficient to communicate with global and regional teams. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Interested in digital marketing tools and automation solutions (preferably Marketo, Showpad). Detail-oriented, proactive, solution-focused, and eager to work in a matrix organization. Willing to learn and apply compliance rules within the healthcare sector. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
