Mit dem Patient im Fokus setzen wir auf eine neue Organisation und zwar #WIRGEMEINSAM in SDPM! ​ Die Abteilung Im Bereich SDPM Mannheim, MSAT Packaging & MSAT Labs bist Du Teil eines Expertenteams, das die Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion bildet. Als eigenverantwortlicher Fachexperte (SME) vertrittst Du unseren Standort sowohl lokal als auch global und trägst maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung unserer validierten Verpackungs- und Transportprozesse bei. In dieser Schlüsselrolle gestaltest Du innovative Konzepte unter Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben und sicherst so die Qualität unserer Produkte für Patient:innen weltweit. Was Dich erwartet: Du fungierst als primärer Ansprechpartner (SME) für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und externe Partner bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen, Risikoanalysen sowie Audits und Inspektionen. Du managst die Entwicklung und Spezifizierung von Packmitteln und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen auf Basis gesetzlicher Vorgaben und technischer Rahmenbedingungen. Du entwickelst eigenverantwortlich innovative Lösungsansätze für komplexe technische Problemstellungen an unseren Produktionsanlagen und optimierst Technologien sowie Prozesse im Bereich der Verpackung und Lagerung. Du leitest und koordinierst komplexe nationale und internationale Teilprojekte zur Optimierung der Transportprozesse für sterile Arzneimittel unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Zeit und Design Guidelines. Du verantwortest die Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie dem globalen Produktmanagement, Procurement und externen Lieferanten und leitest oder prägst globale Fach-Netzwerk Teams zum aktiven Knowledge-Sharing. Im Rahmen von Projekten übernimmst Du die fachliche Leitung von Teammitgliedern und Studierenden. Wer Du bist: Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium (z. B. Pharmazie, Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie, Verpackungstechnik oder Maschinenbau) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung. Du verfügst über fundierte und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Sterilproduktions- und Verpackungsumfeld. Du besitzt einschlägige Kenntnisse in der Projektierung von pharmazeutischem Equipment, in der Packmittelentwicklung sowie in der Verpackungstechnik. Du verfügst über sehr gute GMP-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der konzeptionellen Planung zeichnen Dich aus. Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit aus und bringst die Gabe mit, dich auf allen Ebenen, auch international, sicher auszudrücken – in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch. Du übernimmst Verantwortung und triffst Entscheidungen, wobei du komplexe Sachverhalte vereinfachen und eigenständig bearbeiten kannst. Soweit so gut? Es geht noch besser.
