Top Responsibilities Lead and own the Amazon 1P relationship in Germany, driving joint business plans, growth initiatives and marketplace investment. Take full P&L accountability for the 1P Marketplace sub-channel in Germany, including forecasting, commercial planning, reporting, and management of the financial plan. Build and lead collaborative plans with Sales, Customer Marketing and RGM squads to unlock incremental revenue, return on investment and cultural transformation. Turn data into growth: analyze important metrics, spot trends and improve conversion performance across the marketplace. Test, learn and scale bold digital marketing and advertising activations that grow traffic, conversion and brand love. Act as an internal e-commerce champion, inspiring cross-functional partners and driving simplicity and impact.
