The Position The Opportunity Role Overview Contribute to RDT Personalized Oncology solutions and our cross-functional network, transforming our operating model to better enable Roche as a trusted partner with medical societies. Deliver innovative solutions to build value for each stakeholder group. As trusted Partner to HCPs, your main focus is to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and understand their needs and provide Diagnostics solutions. You will be responsible for supporting and promoting Roche Diagnostics Oncology products specifically Foundation Medicine (FMI), AVENIO CGP ,Oncology Sequencing and other Oncology High Medical Value (HMV) products.  By leveraging genomic data and other personalized healthcare tools to support HCPs on their clinical decision. Utilize cross-functional data to identify and recommend opportunities for improving population health management, and support early identification of health risk with a focus on oncology and future pipelines. YOUR INITIAL FOCUS As Personalised Oncology Partner , your initial responsibilities will include acting as a strategic business partner who generates insights and supports cross-functional capabilities. In-depth on medical knowledge are required to develop and recommend strategies for personalized patient treatments, including digital health, diagnostics, and comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) results, empowering physicians with the best technology for patients. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES Product Promotions and Market Development is included to actively promote and support the adoption of Roche Oncology portfolio including Foundation Medicine (FMI), AVENIO CGP, Oncology Sequencing and High Medical Value (HMV). Strategic Business enterprise and maintain a deep understanding of the oncology ecosystem and patient journey, connecting and leveraging Roche resources across the organization. Business Solutions and Collaboration: Lead or support key business initiatives by providing strategic insights and collaborating with other functions, engaging with external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships. - Commercial Partnerships Establish and nurture value-based partnerships with therapeutic area experts and other healthcare stakeholders across different healthcare systems. Enquiry Handling and address all business-related enquiries to the required standard as per Roche's business process and guidelines. Knowledge Oncology Expertise, strong understanding of the oncology clinical ecosystem, especially lung cancer, and the patient journey. Medical and Commercial Knowledge with extensive experience in engaging oncologists and other healthcare professionals with a strong commercial mindset, including both sales and business development. Precision Oncology and knowledgeable in precision oncology, cancer diagnostics, or molecular biology. Roche PHC Vision, understand Roche's Personalized Healthcare (PHC) vision and strategy, embedding it in everyday business activities. Pharma and Healthcare Systems with comprehensive understanding of the pharma and healthcare system environment, including market access and reimbursement dynamics. Education Qualifications MD, Pharm D, PhD, or Bachelor’s degree in science, molecular biology, or equivalent (to be checked with local legislation). Clinical expertise in oncology or Genomic testing is appreciated. Experience Business Development Role, At least 2 years’ experience within a business development role in Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Health Sciences, Biotechnology, or other related fields.
