The Position We're seeking a motivated Digital Product Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, clinical experts, and cross-functional teams, contributing to exciting projects that support the development and optimization of Roche's digital healthcare solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills, gain hands-on experience in healthcare innovation, and make a real difference. Key Responsibilities As a Digital Product Intern, your key duties will include: Research and Reporting: Conduct entry-level research activities and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes within the digital healthcare product team. Analyses and Modelling: Assist in developing basic analyses and models for product performance and market trends, contributing to strategic insight generation. Material Preparation: Design and prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for stakeholders, fostering clear and impactful communication. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate smaller events, workshops, or meetings, ensuring smooth execution and positive team collaboration. Operational Improvements: Suggest and implement processes to improve efficiency in departmental operations, offering innovative ideas that align with the team's objectives. What We're Looking For Education: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in healthcare, data science, business administration, digital innovation, or a related field. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Jira, or similar is a plus. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Growth-Oriented: Enthusiastic about learning and developing in the digital healthcare and product management space. What's In It for You?
