Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Sie Visionäre Leitung: Sie entwickeln eine klare Mission für die Operating Unit CVRM und inspirieren Ihr Team, ambitionierte Ziele in einem dynamischen Markt zu erreichen. Strategische Portfolio-Steuerung: Sie verantworten das Management unseres vielversprechenden CVRM-Portfolios (Phase I-III) und steuern als „Unternehmer:in im Unternehmen“ den nachhaltigen Ressourcenaufbau sowie den Umsatz. Stakeholder-Management: Sie bauen belastbare Partnerschaften mit externen Akteur:innen des Gesundheitswesens und Fachgesellschaften auf, um die Rahmenbedingungen für Patient:innen aktiv mitzugestalten. Kulturelle Gestaltung: Sie fördern eine integrative Arbeitsatmosphäre, die auf unseren Unternehmensprinzipien basiert, und begleiten die persönliche Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Teammitglieder. Cross-funktionale Vernetzung: Als Mitglied nationaler und internationaler Gremien sichern Sie die Ausrichtung des operativen Geschäfts und die globale Portfoliostrategie. Qualifikationen | Das bringen Sie mit Langjährige Führungserfahrung: Sie verfügen über mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in Senior-Leitungspositionen mit P&L-Verantwortung, idealerweise in einer komplexen Matrixorganisation. Markt-Expertise: Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitsmarktes sowie des Drug Development Prozesses (Phase I-IV), insbesondere im Bereich der CVRM, und haben bereits erfolgreich Produkte am Markt eingeführt. Unternehmerischer Spirit: Eine ausgeprägte strategische Agilität zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie die Fähigkeit, bei Bedarf operativ „hands-on“ zu unterstützen. Kommunikationsstärke: Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch und verstehen es, komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln.
