The Position The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.   Your Opportunity: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various platforms. You will work closely with other members of the Global Digital Hub team to develop creative concepts and solutions that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives. In this position you will be focusing on: Executing creative design projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality and visually appealing designs by using design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and refine designs, Collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand design requirements, objectives, and project deliverables and supporting / providing guidance to junior designers, offering feedback and helping them develop their skills and design capabilities, Assisting in the development of design concepts and solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and align with project goals, Managing multiple design projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Creating design assets for various mediums, including print materials, digital graphics, social media content, presentations, and marketing collateral, Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables to maintain brand identity and visual coherence. Who you are: You have 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and in creating visually compelling designs for both print and digital mediums, preferably in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment. You have strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools and in-depth knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design. You have demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop creative solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and objectives. You have the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards. You are fluent in English and have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
