Hilf uns, unsere Produkte optimal in den Markt und zu unseren Patient:innen zu bringen, indem du folgende Aufgaben bei uns übernimmst: I.  Real World Data (RWD) & Epidemiologie Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Durchführung des SDU Checks (Secondary Data Use Check): Du übernimmst das Monitoring und die Analyse der integrierten Evidenzpläne der Business Teams, prüfst und analysierst Evidence Gaps und bereitest bestehende Sekundärdaten (z.B. RWD) zur Schließung dieser auf. Du bist verantwortlich für den methodischen Lead von Projekten (z.B. Projekte zur Schließung von Evidenzgaps mit Sekundärdaten, Beratung beim Registeraufbau, Evaluation von Datenquellen). II. Statistische Methodik und Studienführung Du berätst bei der Planung, Konzeption und Interpretation von Studienergebnissen im Rahmen der klinischen Entwicklung (Phasen II, IIIb, IV). Du koordinierst und kümmerst dich um den Fortschritt der biometrischen CRO Aktivitäten. Du prüfst relevante Studiendokumente und verantwortest die Validierung und Qualitätskontrolle von statistischen Auswertungen. III. Regulatorische und HTA-Prozesse (frühe Nutzenbewertung § 35a SGB V) Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung von Nutzendossiers maßgeblich mit (G-BA-Beratung, Erstellung relevanter Teile des Nutzendossiers, v.a. Modul 4, Vorbereitung Anhörung). Du übernimmst den Lead in der epidemiologischen Modellierung von Patientenpopulationen (Modul 3) und stellst die Einhaltung behördlicher Anforderungen und internationaler Richtlinien sicher. Wer du bist: Du bist eine Persönlichkeit, die die Dinge aktiv und zielorientiert in die Hände nimmt und mit deiner Machermentalität für exzellente Ergebnisse sorgt. Nach deinem abgeschlossenen Hochschulstudium (bevorzugt mit dem Schwerpunkt Statistik oder Mathematik sowie Promotion) konntest du bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich klinischer Studien sammeln.  Folgende Punkte runden Dein Profil ab: Du hast Freude an einer proaktiven Herangehensweise an Fragestellungen, die du gemeinsam im Team mit medizinischen Fachleuten erarbeitest. Du bringst berufliche Erfahrung aus der Mitarbeit im Cochrane-Netzwerk mit und bist sicher in der Erstellung sowie kritischen Bewertung systematischer Reviews und Meta-Analysen. Du hast bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie gesammelt und verstehst es, wissenschaftliche Evidenz praxisorientiert einzusetzen. Du beherrschst statistisch-methodische Analysen sowie die entsprechenden IT-Systeme. Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und kommunizierst mit Kolleg:innen sowie Kund:innen authentisch, klar und partnerschaftlich.
