We're looking for a highly strategic, results-driven Market Access Leader to join Roche Diagnostics UK. This isn't just about managing access - it's about fundamentally changing the patient journey for those with diabetes and chronic metabolic conditions across the UK. The Mission: Impact & Innovation Be the Catalyst for Change: Develop and execute the UK Market Access strategy, proactively dismantling systemic barriers to secure maximum patient access to our innovative pipeline, with a strong focus on Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and cutting-edge digital health tools. Drive Early Adoption: You will be instrumental in positioning Roche as the Partner of Choice for the NHS, securing first-mover commercial advantage for game-changing diagnostics and shaping care pathways up to three years pre-launch. Influence the Ecosystem: Lead high-stakes engagement with senior leaders and key decision-makers across the UK, including the NHS England Diabetes Programme and the Office for Life Sciences (OLS) , leveraging your robust network to align with the NHS 10-Year Plan and the UK's Life Sciences Vision. What You Bring to the Role Strategic Expertise: You will have extensive level of experience in market access, commercial, or medical affairs within a complex healthcare environment. Disease Area Mastery: Essential clinical disease area expertise and an excellent, demonstrated understanding of the competitive UK Diabetes landscape, Chronic Long Term conditions and evolving NHS policy. Powerful Network: A proven ability to cultivate and leverage a senior-level professional network within the UK's diabetes and wider healthcare ecosystem.
