On funkcioniše kao spona između pacijenata, zdravstvenih predstavnika, drugih zainteresovanih strana i kompanije kako bi se osiguralo da pacijenti dobiju blagovremenu njegu i podršku. Glavni zadaci i odgovornosti radnog mjesta: - Bićeš partner od povjerenja i primarna kontakt osoba između zdravstvenih predstavnika i Roche-a - Definisaćeš strategiju, na osnovu spoljnih uvida u radu sa zdravstvenim predstavnicima, u cilju otkrivanja svih potencijalnih mogućnosti za poboljšanje ishoda liječenja za pacijente - Donosićeš odluke koje će omogućiti unapređenja na putu pacijenta - Sarađivaćeš sa zdravstvenim predstavnicima na putovanju pacijenata i iniciraćeš kampanje/projekte za povećanje mogućnosti za kreiranje vrijednosti za pacijente i zajednicu Potrebno je da imaš sledeće kvalifikacije: ✔ VSS (oblast medicinskih nauka – farmaceutski, medicinski, stomatološki fakultet) ✔ 2-3 godine iskustva u farmaceutskoj/biotehnološkoj industriji ili u apoteci ✔ Imaš strateško razmišljanje i analitičke veštine ✔ Imaš želju da stičeš nova znanja, i dijeliš uvide sa drugima ✔ Imaš dobre komunikacijske vještine, timski si igrač i preuzimaš inicijativu Ukoliko je odgovor na gore navedene zahtjeve DA, onda je ovo prava pozicija za tebe!
