Job Description Maintenance Supervisor – Innovate, Make an Impact Direk SA | CHEP | Full-Time Step into a leadership role where your technical expertise and people skills will drive real results. At CHEP, we move millions of pallets, crates, and containers every day to support supply chains across the globe. Now, we’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled team at our high-performing Direk Service Centre. What You’ll Be Doing Lead a team of Fitters & Electricians in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation. Own and optimise our Maintenance Management System. Deliver a proactive preventative maintenance program that keeps our equipment running smoothly. Dive into data diagnostics to uncover trends and drive smarter maintenance decisions. Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions. Champion safety, automation, and continuous improvement across the site.   What You’ll Bring A trade qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines. Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a production or industrial setting. Strong working knowledge of MEX or similar CMMS. Experience with automated systems (a bonus!).
