Deine eigenen Ideen sind dabei sehr willkommen und du wirst die Möglichkeit haben, diese umzusetzen und dazu beizutragen, dass unsere Organisation ihr volles Potenzial entfalten kann. Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich: Einsatz von Data Engineering und modernen Data-Science-Methoden (Machine & Deep Learning, LLM), um Site-Services-Daten für strategische Entscheidungen aufzubereiten und nutzbar zu machen. Unterstützung verschiedener Teams bei Aufgaben zu Dashboards, Cloud- und anderen IT-Anwendungen. Konzeption und Aufbau skalierbarer AI-Architekturen unter Einbindung von LLM-Modellen und GenAI-Frameworks. Robotik-Anwendungen mit Daten aus Sensoren und Kameras. Teilnahme an internen Projekten zu “Prozesse & Daten”. Interaktion mit verschiedenen internen (Roche in Rotkreuz & Basel) und externen Interessengruppen (Universitäten, Krankenhäuser, Lieferanten usw.).  Pflege und Optimierung von Content und Datenbanken sowie Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation und den entsprechenden Initiativen auf verschiedenen Kanälen.  Wer Du Bist Du hast dein Masterstudium in Data Science (oder ähnlichem Bereich) an einer Universität oder Hochschule, vorzugsweise im Bereich Data Science, abgeschlossen und bist daran interessiert, dein Wissen im Rahmen eines Praktikums in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld anzuwenden. Ausserdem bist du… …vertraut mit digitalen Tools (u.A. Google, Trello, REST APIs etc.), Dashboards (Tableau oder andere) und Sprachen wie Python oder SQL, …erfahren mit Data Mining und verschiedenen Machine Learning Algorithmen (u.A. Statistik, Time Series und Vorhersage, NLP), LLM & RAG …interessiert an einer Arbeit in einer abwechslungsreichen und innovationsgetriebenen Umgebung, …team- und lösungsorientiert mit einem guten Auge für die Bedürfnisse Deiner Kunden, …gründlich, systematisch und strukturiert in deiner Arbeitsweise, …verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift).
