Job Description Key Responsibilities May Include: Co-develop and maintain internal audit processes in alignment with the Institute of Internal Auditors International Professional Practice Framework, ensuring the organization's audit practices meet professional standards. Lead the development and execution of a risk-based audit plan. Collaborate with business management to define the scope and objectives for each audit, ensuring comprehensive risk assessments and control evaluations. Manage the relationship with outsourced internal audit service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services that align with organizational goals. Perform quality assurance reviews of audit work papers and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal audit standards Mentor and support the development of internal audit professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement within the team. Conduct internal reviews of business processes, risk management practices, and control frameworks, either independently or as part of a small team, delivering actionable insights to improve business operations.
