Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich Du stellst eigenverantwortlich hochwertige chemische und biochemische Produkte für die In-vitro-Diagnostik her . Die Arbeit erfolgt präzise unter Einhaltung strenger GMP-Richtlinien . Du begleitest die Implementierung neuer Produkte, führst Scale-ups durch und unterstützt bei Validierungen sowie Qualifizierungen . Du erstellst und überarbeitest Arbeitsanweisungen (HVs) sowie SOPs, um unsere hohen Standards zu sichern . Du übernimmst Verantwortung für technische Fragestellungen sowie Themen der Arbeitssicherheit . Qualifikationen | Das bringst Du mit Du hast ein Masterstudium in Chemie erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung und einer klaren Spezialisierung auf mehrstufige Synthesen. Du verfügst über fundierte theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse in organischer Chemie, idealerweise in der Totalsynthese von Naturstoffen . Der sichere Umgang mit analytischer und präparativer Chromatographie (z. B. HPLC, MPLC) gehört zu Deinem Repertoire . Kenntnisse im GMP-Umfeld sowie in der Arbeitssicherheit sind ein wertvolles Plus für unser Team . Du arbeitest strukturiert, gewissenhaft und schätzt die konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im Team .
