Du planst, bereitest vor und führst Kunden‑Inventuren in Übereinstimmung mit unseren Unternehmensstandards durch. Du forderst Kunden zu termingerechten Inventuren auf, analysierst die Ergebnisse und verfolgst Abweichungen nach. Du stellst zudem die Konsistenz zwischen physischem Bestand und CHEP‑Buchbestand für einzelne Kunden sicher, und identifizierst und überwachst Unstimmigkeiten. Darber hinaus erstellst, korrigierst und veranlasst Du die Abrechnung der Inventurergebnisse und informierst die internen Ansprechpartner über die Resultate   Deine Tätigkeiten: Inventurmanagement:                 Du planst, bereitest vor und führst Kunden‑Inventuren termingerecht durch, und stellst die entsprechenden Daten zusammen. Analyse und Reporting:          Du erstellst ERP‑Reports, analysierst Bestandsdaten, identifizierst Abweichungen und leitest bei Bedarf Eskalationen ein. Zusammenarbeit:                    Du erstellst Verlustempfehlungen für Account Manager und initiierst die Abrechnung der Inventurergebnisse. Kundenreviews:                       Du prüfst Kundenkonten regelmäßig, bewertest die Performance und gibst umsetzbare Empfehlungen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
