Job Description Deine Hauptaufgaben: Betreuen und beraten bestehender Kunden sowie Koordinieren der ordnungsgemäßen Auftragsabwicklung mit dem Innendienst und anderen Fachbereichen in allen Kundenbelangen Identifizierung und Analyse von Potentialen und Möglichkeiten der Geschäftserweiterung (Steuerung über Bluesheet) bei Bestandskunden im eigenen Portfolio Selbstständige Akquise des Potentials bzw. der Geschäftserweiterung und Umsetzung bei Bestandskunden im eigenen Portfolio Kontaktierung von qualifizierten Leads zur Neukundengewinnung, sowie selbständige Neukundenakquise auf Messen, über Netzwerke etc Durchführen einer Umsatz- und Mengenplanung für das bestehende Geschäft der zugewiesenen Kunden sowie für das zu erwartende Neugeschäft in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden Permanentes Tracking der geplanten Um- und Absatzzahlen der zugewiesenen Kunden und aktives Management dieser Informationen (unmittelbare Informations-weitergabe, ggf. Entwicklung von Gegenmaßnahmen etc.) Permanentes Überprüfen der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen (Abläufe, Bestände, Verweildauern, Preise) im Rahmen einer Profitabilitäts- und Vertragskontrolle sowie Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotentialen Planen und Durchführen von regelmäßigen Inventuren bei bestehenden Kunden Verantwortlich für die Pflege aller kundenspezifischen Daten in vorhandenen Systemen sowie Sammeln von kunden- und bereichsrelevanten Informationen zum Zwecke der Marktanalysen.
