About your team The Technology function provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally.  These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, investment, compliance, finance, legal, marketing and customer service functions.  The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day-to-day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation. The Central team comprises systems development and support specialists that provide support to departments such as HR Services, Finance, Corporate Services, Legal and Compliance, Risk and Technology across various geographic locations. The services include Production Support of in-house developed application and vendor provided products, small scale enhancements and product. About your role As AI/MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure that supports software development and deployment processed. You will collaborate with a team of engineers in a highly agile DevOps environment, focussed on continuous improvement of the framework and will be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality architecture, including infrastructure, pipeline, monitoring and networking best practices. You’ll succeed because below are the opportunities you will get in here: Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage AI/ML pipelines for deployment and monitoring with implementing best practices. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models. Develop automation tools and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency in model deployment and maintenance. Ensure optimal performance through continuous monitoring and tuning. Manage cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure to support AI/ML operations. Engage in conducting regular reviews and audits ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML applications and services. Qualifications and Experience: B.E./B.Tech. or M.C.A. in Computer Science or AI/ML from a reputed University. 4+ years of experience within relevant technologies Proven experience in AI/MLOps or a similar role, preferably in a financial services environment. Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Groovy, Bash, Powershell, Python Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure. Solid understanding of containerisation technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience working on Security tools like SONAR, Checkmarx, Nexus Rapid7, DAST Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, UrbanDeploy for code-management and deployments. Knowledge around deployments of Control-M, Ni-Fi, Informatica. Hands-on experience in handling database deployments, Java, and Python API deployments. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Desirable Attributes: Knowledge of data security and privacy practices. Certifications in cloud services or AI/MLOps tools.
