Job Description: DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Project Manager to join Consulting Practice Public Sector industry. In Consulting we are partnering with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and to improve our customers and employees experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms. We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks. Responsibilities : Create roadmaps for development and evolution of IT Landscapes for Public Sector, describing As Is and To Be customer environments; Support in aligning strategy, organisation, operations and processes to help our clients to achieve their growth ambition and other organisational objectives Provide business domain (Public Sector) solutions; Help the client innovate and formulate business solutions and “technology enabled” business models and new ways of doing business to create breakthrough positions in Public Sector marketplace; Leading and facilitating of workshops, focused on Public Sector matters, with clients and 3rd parties; Analysis and validation of technical and functional documents; Explain how and where technology can be used to address key business processes in Public Sector domain; Coach and supporting individual clients; Manage engagement teams (both on client and backoffice sides); Identify and manages projects’ risks and assumptions and shapes programme governance. Work on pre-sales opportunities to create valid business cases including ROI. Develop proposed solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of the company standardized and customized services. Required skills: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics; +5 years experience in Management Consulting field (Public Sector); Excellent relational skills; Analytical skills; Proactivity and ability to work in teams; Focus on the goals; Attention to details and constant attention to quality; Italian mother tongue; Fluent English (both oral and written).
