Job Description: 世界トップクラスのITサービスを提供するDXCで Microsoft Power Platform プロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトリーダー、導入コンサルタント としてご活躍いただきたいと思います。 【業務内容】 Power Platform製品(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, Power Pages)のいずれかにおけるプロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトリーダー、導入コンサルタントとして、以下の業務を行います。 ・Power Platformによるアプリケーションの開発(導入)、コンサルティング、運用および支援 コンサルティング（アドバイザリー）： 市民開発支援、IT統制、ルール整備、アセスメント、セキュリティ対策、設計、環境整備、PoC、トレーニング、アプリ開発の技術サポート Power Platform導入： D365, SAPなどのERP周辺開発、アプリケーション開発、プロセス自動化、ワークフロー、PowerBIによる可視化、データ連携、システム間連携、Azure, Teams, SharePoint連携 運用支援： 市民開発の活用促進支援、管理強化支援、運用作業代行、個別保守、継続的な改善提案 ・コンサルティング、アセスメント、要件定義、設計、導入、テスト、移行、教育、稼動後運用支援など、プロジェクトの上流から本稼動、運用定着化までのタスクを行っていただく想定 ※ご経験、ご志向によりプロジェクトやタスクを決定いたします。 応募資格: 【必須（MUST）】 ・Power Platformでの業務アプリケーション開発プロジェクトでの要件定義、開発・導入経験(1年以上) ・顧客、社内（海外含む）、パートナー会社などの関連組織との円滑なコミュニケーションが図れること 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・MS以外の他社ローコード/ノーコードツールを利用したシステム開発や導入プロジェクト経験 ・Azure, Teams, SharePointなどの他MSクラウド製品の知識・経験 ・市民開発支援の知識経験 ・市民開発の経験 ・ERP（SAP、Oracle、Microsoft、国産系など）製品の知識・経験 ・財務会計、管理会計、販売／受注管理、在庫、購買、生産計画、生産管理、PLM、プロジェクト管理、倉庫管理、輸出入管理などのいづれかの業務知識 ・英語力（読み書きができるレベル） ・スクラッチシステム開発プロジェクト経験 ・システム導入の全体の流れ（プロジェクト計画～リリース）を理解している ・オフショア開発管理経験(お客様：日本語、開発チーム：英語) ・グローバルプロジェクト経験 ・プロジェクトマネージャー、プロジェクトリーダー経験 ・インフラやミドルウェアの技術的知識 ・プリセールス経験 【求める人物像】 ・ローコード/ノーコード開発による業務効率化に興味がある　 ・向上心と意欲、責任感を持って仕事に取り組むことができる方 ・新しいビジネスを開拓するチャンレンジ精神をお持ちの方 ・チームメンバーと連携して仕事をする姿勢を持っている方 ・海外の先行しているIT事例を活用し、日本の顧客を支援したい方 DXC テクノロジーでは、コミュニティの強いつながりが成功への鍵であると考えています。 DXC のワークモデルは、対面でのコラボレーションを重視しつつ、社員の幸福度、生産性、個々の働き方、そして生活環境をサポートする柔軟性も提供しています。 DXC は、誰もが活躍できるインクルーシブな環境づくりに尽力しています。 DXC は、ソーシャルメディアネットワークを通じて採用通知を行うことはありません。架空の求人情報を、偽のウェブサイトなどのオンラインサービスや、企業を名乗る電子メールを通じて求職者に提供するケースが発見されています。このような電子メールは、不正な採用活動の一環として、受信者に個人情報の提供や支払いを要求することがあります。また、採用プロセスのいかなる時点においても、応募者から金銭や支払いを要求したり、求職者に IT 機器やその他の機器の購入を依頼したりすることはありません。詳細は こちら をご覧ください。
