Job Description: At DXC Technology , we act as an independent, trusted advisor in digitizing the client’s business in Belgium. We are currently looking for Project Managers to lead and manage the delivery of challenging digital transformation projects, primarily for clients in the Financial Services sector, Public Sector, and Services Industry (Telco, Utilities, Public Transport). As an IT Project Manager at DXC Technology, your main responsibility will be to deliver challenging projects on schedule and within budget, satisfying agreed customer requirements and specifications within the project scope. Your key responsibilities include: Ensuring the appropriateness, quality, and timeliness of all project aspects by establishing necessary organization, processes, measures, and milestones, and tracking ongoing project progress. Mobilizing necessary resources, assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate project resources, and providing guidance and direction to project team members. Proactively managing risks, issues, and scope throughout the project lifecycle. Preparing and presenting project plans/status reports to organizational leadership, project teams, client groups, and sponsors. Building strong relationships with clients, matching them with DXC solutions, connecting with key stakeholders, and developing your network within the client organization. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. Your Profile Experience: 7 years in IT and 4 years in a project management role. Project Management Expertise: Practical knowledge of best practices in project management and a proven track record of managing complex projects. Team Leadership: Ability to lead teams located in multiple locations (near-shore, off-shore); limited travel may be required. Industry Knowledge: Business process knowledge in one or more of the target sectors, and a technical background in one or more of the following themes: Digital Applications (Web or Mobile), Application Transformation, Data & Analytics, and IT Governance. Consulting Skills: High consulting skills and commercial affinity. Communication Skills: Good communication skills and fluency in Dutch, French, and English. Attitude: Entrepreneurial and pragmatic. Certifications: Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince II, Agile, SAFe; certifications are welcome. Learning Aptitude: Eager to learn and explore new technologies.
