Job Description: DXC technology is looking for a Banking Business Consultant In Consulting we partner with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and to improve our customers’ and employees’ experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes and efficient technology platforms. We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.   Responsibilities: Create, manage and maintain strong relationships with banking clients by providing strategic guidance on their core banking operations. Oversee project implementations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that the client's needs are met effectively. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges. Conducting in-depth analysis of core banking systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Be responsible for generating new business opportunities and working side-by-side with our Business Development team. Requirement: Relevant and proven experience in consulting companies. Deep knowledge and experience on Core Banking projects. At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience coordinating a medium-large team (internal and external). Experience on high level exposure to customer and a proven ability to manage complex deal.
