Job Description: 【 職務概要 】 当社 Cloud&IT アウトソーシング部において、クラウドおよびオンプレミス環境の運用設計を専門とし、安定性・効率性・セキュリティに優れた運用モデルの構築を担当いただきます。 AWS や Microsoft Azure などの主要クラウドプラットフォームとオンプレミス環境の特性を理解した上で、 ITIL ベースの運用プロセス設計、運用自動化の推進、および運用品質の継続的な向上を実現します。   【 主な業務内容 】 • システム運用設計（運用プロセス、運用手順、監視設計等） • SLA/SLO の設計と運用指標の策定 • 監視設計（メトリクス選定、閾値設定、アラート設計） • 運用自動化の設計と実装推進 • バックアップ / リカバリ設計 • 変更管理・リリース管理プロセスの設計 • インシデント管理・問題管理プロセスの設計 • セキュリティ運用設計（脆弱性管理、パッチ管理等） • キャパシティ管理・パフォーマンス管理の設計 • 運用ドキュメントの標準化と整備 • 運用チームへの技術的サポートと改善提案 【 求める人物像 】 • システム運用の視点から課題を発見し、効率的な解決策を設計できる方 • 運用品質とユーザー体験を常に意識できる方 • 運用プロセスの標準化・効率化に強い関心を持つ方 • 新しい技術を運用改善に取り入れる柔軟性を持つ方 • 論理的に考え、わかりやすくドキュメント化できる方 • チーム間のコミュニケーションを円滑に進められる方 【 必須要件 】 • IT インフラ運用経験 3 年以上 • 運用設計（運用プロセス設計、監視設計等）の経験 3 年以上 • ITIL に基づいた運用プロセスの知識と実践経験 • クラウド環境 (AWS 、 Azure 等 ) またはオンプレミス環境の運用経験 • 監視ツール (Zabbix 、 Prometheus 、 Datadog 、 CloudWatch 等 ) の設定経験 • 運用自動化に関する基本的な知識と経験 ( スクリプト作成等 ) • 英語ドキュメントの読解、英文メールでの基本的なコミュニケーション能力 【 歓迎要件 】 • 運用設計書や運用手順書の作成経験 • 運用改善プロジェクトの経験 • 障害対応プロセスの設計経験 • 運用自動化ツール (Ansible 、 Chef 、 Puppet 等 ) の実装経験 • SRE の知識と実践経験 • DevOps 環境での運用設計経験 • ITSM(IT Service Management) ツールの導入・設定経験 • ログ分析基盤の設計・構築経験 【 資格 】 以下のいずれかの資格を保有または同等の知識・スキルを有している方を歓迎します： • ITIL Foundation/ ExpertLinux 認定資格 (LPIC 等 ) • AWS/Azure/GCP 認定資格 ( アソシエイトレベル ) • ネットワーク関連資格 (CCNA 等 ) • その他、システム運用やインフラに関連する資格 DXC テクノロジーでは、コミュニティの強いつながりが成功への鍵であると考えています。 DXC のワークモデルは、対面でのコラボレーションを重視しつつ、社員の幸福度、生産性、個々の働き方、そして生活環境をサポートする柔軟性も提供しています。 DXC は、誰もが活躍できるインクルーシブな環境づくりに尽力しています。 DXC は、ソーシャルメディアネットワークを通じて採用通知を行うことはありません。架空の求人情報を、偽のウェブサイトなどのオンラインサービスや、企業を名乗る電子メールを通じて求職者に提供するケースが発見されています。このような電子メールは、不正な採用活動の一環として、受信者に個人情報の提供や支払いを要求することがあります。また、採用プロセスのいかなる時点においても、応募者から金銭や支払いを要求したり、求職者に IT 機器やその他の機器の購入を依頼したりすることはありません。詳細は こちら をご覧ください。
