Deine Aufgaben : Unsere SAP-Berater arbeiten in nationalen und internationalen Projekten. Sie analysieren Probleme und finden Lösungen in bestehenden SAP-Landschaften unserer Kunden. Sie verbessern SAP-Systeme durch die Implementierung neuer Funktionalitäten und Prozesse und implementieren neue Technologien und Lösungen im Umfeld von SAP HCM. Beratung im Themenumfeld SAP Successfactors Implementierungen, Rollouts und Anwendungsbetreuung, sowie deren Integration in Finanzlösungen Durchführung von Kundenworkshops, Anforderungsanalysen und Erstellung von Blueprints Erstellung von Aufwandsschätzungen und Angeboten, Unterstützung bei Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten (Kundenveranstaltungen, Kundenpräsentationen) Umsetzung von Konzepten, Verantwortung für Implementierung und Produktivsetzung (Teil-)Projektleitung und Beratung von der Planung bis zur Produktivsetzung und Übergabe an den Support Was du mitbringst: Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Beratung, der Implementierung und der Anwendungsbetreuung von komplexen SAP Successfactors-Lösungen Sehr gutes fachliches Verständnis von personalwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen mit den Schwerpunkten: Personalstammdaten, Talentmanagement, Zeitwirtschaft, Gehaltsabrechnung Praxiserfahrung im Bereich der Migration von klassischen SAP-HCM-Lösungen in die neue SAP-Welt (S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors) Erfahrung in Carve-Out- und Migrationsprojekten Fundierte Implementierungserfahrung mit Scoping-Workshops und Konfiguration von SuccessFactors-Modulen in Deutsch und Englisch Nachweisbares Know-how in Employee Central und mindestens einem weiteren SF-Modul Verständnis in Themen wie Solution Design, Integration in bestehende HR-Lösungen und Auswirkungen auf SAP HCM Gutes Verständnis der deutschen/europäischen Gesetzgebung und deren Auswirkungen auf SF- und HCM-Lösungen Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Reisebereitschaft Nice to have Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in den Bereichen ESS/ MSS und Eigenentwicklungen Was wir bieten: Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle Schulungen und Mentoring zur Unterstützung der Implementierungsprojekte Möglichkeit, mit modernsten Technologien und Produkten in hochmodernen Unternehmensumgebungen zu arbeiten und Dienstleistungen für eine Vielzahl von weltweiten Kundeninfrastrukturen bereitzustellen Anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Kundenprojekte bei einem der weltweit größten und erfolgreichsten IT-Dienstleister gepaart mit Möglichkeiten für schnelle Entwicklung und herausfordernde Tätigkeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Freiheit und Verantwortung Wir schätzen die individuellen Hintergründe und Erfahrung unserer Mitarbeitenden.
