Job Description: Job Description Administration and Management: Configure, administer, and maintain Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform applications. Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of these platforms. Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in accordance with organizational policies. Integration and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop custom applications, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Integrate Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems. Support and Training: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform applications. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of these tools. Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively. Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability. Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Implement best practices for data management and application development within the Power Platform. Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform. Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Power Platform Administrator or similar role. Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and its integration with the Power Platform. Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing and managing applications on the Power Platform. Familiarity with Azure services and integration with the Power Platform. Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400). Experience with other Microsoft 365 applications and services.
