Job Description: Overview: We are seeking an experienced PMO professional with strong expertise in project governance, reporting, and delivery support. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Project Management Office roles, with a proven track record of supporting large-scale initiatives, enabling executive decision-making, and driving effective project delivery across both Agile and Waterfall environments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage PMO processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Track, analyze, and report on project costs, budgets, and financial performance. Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other reporting tools. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects, escalating where necessary. Support project governance and decision-making through high-quality presentations and documentation. Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Provide guidance on best practices in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Key Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project governance role. Strong skills in cost management, strategic planning, and scheduling. Expertise in stakeholder and client management. Proficiency in Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting. Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks. Solid understanding of risk and issue management. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Preferred: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification). Experience in multinational or large-scale transformation projects.
