Job Description: Participer à la définition du périmètre du projet avec le client Animer et coordonner les phases de cadrage et conception d’ensemble pour établir le chiffrage des écarts identifiés Participer au chiffrage du projet et demandes de changements Elaborer le plan détaillé du projet et de ressources nécessaires à sa réalisation Définir le plan projet, la gouvernance, le staffing, les rôles et responsabilités (y compris du client), les KPI publiables en interne et en externe. Piloter les travaux, coordonner et animer l’équipe de projet : organisation des tâches, suivi des réalisations et de la qualité, gestion des priorités / arbitrage, gestion des risques / alertes, gestion de conflits Coordonner la relation de l’équipe projet avec l’équipe produit Assurer le reporting opérationnel du projet auprès du client et en interne Mettre sous contrôle l’ensemble de la documentation du projet Coordonner et piloter le transfert de connaissance aux équipes en charge d’assurer l’exploitation de la solution en Production. Profil / Compétences requises Formation de type ingénieur informatique, Bac +4/5 Connaissance des métiers de l’assurance : comprendre, expliquer, challenger le client et les équipes sur les besoins et les solutions apportées 5 ans minimum dans un rôle de responsable de projet dans le monde de l’Assurance et idéalement sous GraphTalk Bonne connaissance fonctionnelle de le solution DXC GraphTalk Connaissance minimale des environnements techniques (ex. Oracle, SQL Server) Maîtrise d’un outil de planification (idéalement MS Projects) Maîtrise de la communication écrite et orale Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais Être orienté résultats Savoir gérer les priorités Savoir motiver Savoir déléguer Savoir gérer les conflits Développer les compétences de ses collaborateurs et des autres Gérer la diversité Prendre des décisions au bon moment Des déplacements ponctuels en France et à l’étranger sont à prévoir.
