Job Description: Job Description: Platform Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform. Ensure the platform architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards. Design scalable and secure solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others as required. Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications. Ensure data consistency and integrity across the platform and integrated systems. Customization and Development: Oversee the customization of ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs. Lead the development of custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform. Ensure all customizations and developments are properly documented and maintainable. Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce platform governance and best practices. - Conduct regular reviews of platform performance, scalability, and security. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform. Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration. Experience in a leadership or architectural role within a complex IT environment. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred. Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) are a plus. Skills: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.). Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture. Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
