Job Description: Lead the support team for .NET-based applications. Monitor incidents, ensure proper triaging, troubleshooting, and timely resolution. Act as the primary point of contact for the business team and provide regular updates on incidents and requests. Drive Major Incident Management – lead technical bridge calls, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure RCA & preventive measures are documented. Work closely with developers and infra/security teams to implement .NET vulnerability remediation fixes. Create, track, and present SLA compliance dashboards and weekly reports to management and business teams. Conduct weekly status and performance reviews with stakeholders on recurring issues and improvement areas. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management). Provide mentorship and technical guidance to support engineers on .NET troubleshooting and issue resolution. At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
