Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval until offer acceptance across various countries Building and maintaining effective working relationships with various local and remote Hiring Managers Consulting hiring managers on the hiring process and developing a strategic sourcing plan to ensure the successful recruitment of quality candidates for different regional talent pools Identifying key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of the labour market, competition and external talent across multiple markets Developing effective networks to maximize visibility and attract top-quality candidates Proactively sourcing candidates across all channels possible (experience with LinkedIn, Workday) Maximizing the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs Providing regular candidate pipeline overviews and reports for key hiring projects Qualifications & requirements: Successful track-record in end-to-end recruitment (as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - ideally 3-5 years Autonomous strategic thinker, team player and change driver who makes things happen Self-starter and taking initiative with great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across executives, managers & employees Fluent English and a good command of another foreign language Able to deal with ambiguity and changing landscapes Excellent presentation building and delivering skills, ability to present at the executive level What we offer: stable employment in an international company advancement opportunities within the organization (a variety of exciting projects with an array of technologies and tools) modern and conveniently located office in Bucharest 24 vacation days (+1 every next year, if you use all available ones) Meal tickets Voucher Tickets Private Health Insurance Benefits Online Platform Employee Referral Program - a financial bonus for the referrer for a successful candidate recommendation Employee Recognition Program with points assigned by colleagues for the recognized employees (exchangeable for prizes) Unlimited access to DXC University with courses from a bunch of external partners for the best learner's experience (e.g. Udemy) #LI-Hybrid At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
