D aily challenges Manage end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles in Data&AI, Apps, SAP, IT Security, Corporate Function, Sales, and etc, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Navigate recruitment processes in a comprehensive applicant tracking system (Workday) to ensure efficient tracking and processing of candidates. Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates’ and employees’ suitability for roles through customized exercises and functional tests. Collaborate on cross-functional projects and campaigns with teams in employer branding, talent development, and HR Business Partners to support and enhance talent attraction. Foster and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business. Lead training initiatives for hiring managers to enhance their recruitment and interviewing capabilities, ensuring transparency, compliance, and an efficient & unbiased decision-making process . Analyze and present data insights to guide business decisions and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to company policies & track compliance across recruitment processes within the company. Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team and across the broader organization. Initiate & manage process optimizations to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration. e X perience and skills required 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment in a multinational environment Degree in HR or another business-related field. Excellent command of English – both written and verbal Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools would be considered an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proactiveness and an independent approach to managing multiple projects at once.
