Job Details Voor Boots apotheek Schijndel, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Registratie apotheker/ Tweede apotheker (32-40 uur) De apotheek Boots apotheek Schijndel is een moderne, grote dorpsapotheek met daaraast een kleine apotheek gevestigd in het gezondheidscentrum de Poolster in Schijndel (Boots apotheek de Poolster). Boots apotheek Schijndel is efficient georganiseerd en werkt volledig digtiaal en met Pharmacom, Track&Trace, Herhaalservice, Central Filling en er is een medicijnkluis. Daarnaast hebben we een goede samenwerking met de huisartsen en beleveren we verschillende tehuizen. Er is een groot handverkoop gedeelte in de apotheek met een bijzonder breed aanbod van dermocosmetica. Ons diverse team bestaat uit 28 collega’s, waaronder 2 apothekers, apothekers assistenten, drogisterijmedewerkers, en bezorgers. Ons team heeft een sterk wij-gevoel, waarbij we met z'n allen hard werken om de apotheek goed te laten draaien. We hebben een platte organisatie waarbij we vrij naar elkaar toe lopen bij problemen. De functie Je bent resultaat-, en doelgericht en wilt het beste voor de patiënt. Je weet van aanpakken. Je ondersteunt de beherend apotheker in het adviseren van cliënten, artsen en andere ketenpartners. Daarnaast voer je onder andere medicatiereviews uit en houd je toezicht op de dagelijkse receptafhandeling. Je bent iemand die kansen voor verbetering signaleert, bespreekt, uitdenkt en realiseert. Tijdens de registratiefase word je klaargestoomd om zelfstandig als gevestigd apotheker aan de slag te gaan. Wie zoeken we? Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die proactief, stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk is. Je bent in staat om goed samen te werken met je collega apotheker(s), de medewerkers en huisartsen. Je weet van aanpakken en gaat een uitdaging niet uit de weg.
