Ability to quickly understand client environments, identify challenges, and contribute to practical solutions. Experience in business and/or IT consulting, including work on digital transformation, process optimization, systems implementation, or project management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality client deliverables and executive presentations. Comfortable leading or supporting client meetings and workshops. Advanced PowerPoint skills and a good eye for creating visually compelling presentations. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities in dynamic environments. Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory). Based in Madrid or Barcelona , available for a hybrid model (50% remote, 50% onsite) . Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), ITIL, or Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) are a strong plus.
