Voor ons hoofdkantoor in Veghel zijn wij op zoek naar een energieke en gedreven Operationeel manager Sales (Veghel) 32-40 uur per week Ben jij een gedreven professional met een passie voor de farmaceutische sector? Heb je ervaring met het coördineren van complexe processen? Word jij verantwoordelijk voor de juiste en effectieve toepassing van de farmaceutische aspecten binnen de markt van openbare apotheken en de zorginhoud van ons aanbod, inclusief de Alphega Academy? Wat ga je doen? •Het maken van assortimentkeuzes voor groothandel en CF. •Coördineren van de zorginhoud van het aanbod bij Alliance Healthcare en Alphega, waaronder de Alphega Academy. •Medeverantwoordelijk voor specifieke klantcommunicatie in samenwerking met sales support. •Adviseren van de commercial manager over marktstrategie en beleid. •Leidinggeven en coachen van het team van sales supportmedewerkers. Wat breng jij mee? •HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting Farmacie of Farmakunde. •Het is noodzakelijk dat jij apotheker bent. •Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving. •Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels (in woord en geschrift); •Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving. •Proactieve houding, flexibiliteit en een oplossingsgerichte instelling. .
