Responsibilities: •    Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval until offer acceptance across various countries •    Building and maintaining effective working relationships with various local and remote Hiring Managers •    Consulting hiring managers on the hiring process and developing a strategic sourcing plan to ensure the successful recruitment of quality candidates for different regional talent pools •    Identifying key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of the labour market, competition and external talent across multiple markets •    Developing effective networks to maximize visibility and attract top-quality candidates •    Proactively sourcing candidates across all channels possible (experience with LinkedIn, Workday) •    Maximizing the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs •    Providing regular candidate pipeline overviews and reports for key hiring projects   Qualifications & requirements: •    Successful track-record in end-to-end recruitment (as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - ideally 1+ years •    Autonomous strategic thinker, team player and change driver who makes things happen •    Self-starter and taking initiative with great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across executives, managers & employees •    Fluent English language skills  What we offer: •    stable employment in an international company •    modern and conveniently located office in Budapest •    Employee Referral Program - a financial bonus for the referrer for a successful candidate recommendation •    Employee Recognition Program with points assigned by colleagues for the recognized employees (exchangeable for prizes) •    Unlimited access to DXC University with courses from a bunch of external partners for the best learner's experience (e.g. Udemy) At DXC Technology , we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
