Job Description: 我們正在尋找一位對 IT 系統維運與雲端平台有興趣的實習生，加入我們的技術團隊，協助維護與監控企業級系統（如 Microsoft Dynamics 365、Azure、Power Platform 等）。你將在資深工程師的指導下，參與以下工作： 1.協助系統日常監控、例行維護與異常排查 協助記錄與追蹤客戶回報的問題（Ticket Management） 2.協助撰寫維運手冊與技術文件 3.協助執行系統更新、測試與備份作業 4.支援內部 IT 工具與自動化流程的優化 5.支援專案測試進行 1.資工、資管、電機、電子等相關科系背景（大三以上或研究所） 2.對 IT 維運、雲端平台或企業系統有興趣 3.熟悉 Windows 環境與基本網路概念 有責任感、細心，願意學習與解決問題 4.若具備 PowerShell、SQL、Azure、Power Platform 經驗者加分 At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
