Location: Hybrid from Wrocław Essential Job Functions: Collaborate in the preparation of detailed financial reports. Support the controllership team with data analysis and data management. Assist in adhering to financial policies and procedures. Contribute to financial statement preparation. Foster a cooperative and results-oriented environment within the team. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and control functions Proficiencies in financial data analysis and reporting Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, CFA) is a plus Why would you join us?
