We are looking for skilled professionals who will contribute to  keep the highest level of customer satisfaction.   In the role of HR & Payroll Specialist of Polish Payroll you will be a key player in payroll preparation and execution for our customer.  Key Responsibilities End-to-End Payroll Management: Independently manage the full payroll cycle for Polish employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Maintain payroll records, process statutory deductions, and handle employee queries. Transition & Implementation Support: Support implementation and expert team during the transition of payroll services from the previous provider. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth migration. Support the  implementation of SAP HR & Payroll  by validating processes, testing system functionalities (UAT), and providing expert feedback. Ensure compliance with Polish labor law, social security, and tax regulations. Preparation and submission of monthly and annual declarations of the Social Insurance Authority (ZUS) (via the Płatnik) and the National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund (PFRON).  Deliver the services according to service levels and performance indicators in place. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Contribute to documentation and training materials for new systems and processes. Qualifications Proven experience in Polish payroll processing ( min 2 years). Strong understanding of Polish labor law and payroll regulations. Experience with SAP HR & Payroll or similar ERP systems is desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
