Job Details İDARİ İŞLER ŞEFİ GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI Alliance Healthcare Ecza Deposu İzmir Şubesi nde görevlendirilmek üzere; ·         Lisans mezunu, ·         İdari İşler alanında en az 5 yıl deneyimli, ·         MS Office programlarına hakim (özellikle iyi derecede Excel), ·         Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış, ·         B sınıfı sürücü ehliyeti olan ve aktif araç kullanabilen, ·          İzmir de ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan, İdari İşler Şefi aranmaktadır. . İŞ TANIMI ·         Ürün ve hizmet satın alma süreçlerinin yürütülmesi ve takip edilmesi, ·         Satın alması yapılan malzemelerin kontrolü ve fatura işlemlerinin takip edilmesi ·         Hizmet alınan tedarikçi firmalardan tekliflerin alınması ve süreçlerin yönetilmesi, ·         Taşeron hizmet alınan firmaların kontrol edilmesi, ·         Operasyonel işlerin takip edilmesi ve ofis çalışanlarına destek olunması, ·         Şirket içerisindeki çeşitli organizasyonların planlanması, ·         Yangın söndürme ekipmanı, su, elektrik, jeneratör, ısınma, soğutma gibi sistemlerin belirli aralıklarla bakımlarının yapılmasından sorumlu olacaktır.
