Job Details Responsibilities: Sales Support Assist Account Managers with quotations, proposals and client presentations. Maintain Customer Relationship Management systems with accurate client data and pipeline updates. Customer Coordination Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Coordinate shipment requirements with operations and ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices. Documentation & Compliance Prepare shipping documentation for temperature-sensitive pharma products. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company Standard Operating Procedures. Reporting & Analysis Generate sales reports, track Key Performance Indicators and monitor revenue performance. Support forecasting and budgeting activities. . Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of pharma logistics and cold chain compliance is a plus. Performance Metrics: Accuracy and timeliness of quotations and documentation. Customer satisfaction and response time.
