We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive O2C Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is responsible for delivering Order to Cash services to clients in accordance with established Order to Cash processes and work procedures. Ensure that the Order to Cash services are delivered within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the F&A Service Level Agreement (SLA). Essential Job Functions This position is required to support Sime Darby. Tasks involve processing receipts from customers and perform clearing in system, processing and issuing Invoice, Debit and Credit Notes, and monitoring AR aging as well as preparing AR reports etc. Key Responsibilities General Ledger Management: Book transactions, manage cost centers/account codes, and perform adjustments and clearings in ERP systems. Treasury & Cash Management: Process cash-related transactions and generate monthly reports. Reconciliations & Reporting: Conduct analytical reviews, reconcile bank/intercompany/accounts, and prepare financial and tax reports. Closing Activities: Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings in coordination with relevant teams. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all transactions meet process, policy, legal, and statutory standards. Support & Collaboration: Resolve queries, provide backup support, and share knowledge with team members. Qualifications Degree in Accounting or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome). 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong understanding of general accounting principles. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other skills Good personal computer and business solutions software skills Meticulous, independent, and able to perform under tight deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work. Ability to work in a team environment.
