D aily challenges Assist in the initiation, negotiation, execution, acceptance, and maintenance of contracts. Support the maintenance of contract templates and standard agreements. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with contract managers on contract strategies. Provide assistance in contract negotiations. Maintain contract-related records and handle contract-related tasks as assigned. Participate in contract process improvement initiatives. e X perience and skills required Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, experience and certification. 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role. Proven experience in contract management and negotiations. Proficiency in contract law, risk assessment, and contract drafting.
