Daily challenges: Identity and Access Management service support. Handling of Incidents and Service Requests submitted at the DXC standard ticketing systems. Create, modify and disable/delete user access based on approved process. Regular Infrastructure Health Checks. System Monitoring & Diagnostic. Issue coordination and Incident documentation. eXperience and skills required Bachelor’s degree, or last year student in Computer Science, Engineering, or/and equivalent work experience. May hold intermediate-level certification(s) in work field. Windows Server OS experience (Linux/Unix experience will be considered an advantage). Experience in Active Directory management. Privileged Access Management principles knowledge and experience.  Knowledge in Multi Factor Authentication principles, Public Key Infrastructure, Identity Management and corresponding processes and technologies, ITIL and Information Security principles.
